Our Gymnastic/Acrobatic classes
Junior Gymnastics: Here students learn the foundation of gymnastics while building their strength and flexibility.
Intermediate Gymnastics: The intermediate class is suitable for students who are strong in their back and core. Students must have moderate flexibility.
In both classes students will learn floor gymnastics and acrobatics progressing from handstands, cartwheels, forward and backwards rolls into walk overs round offs and partner acrobatics. Strength and flexibility exercises are taught throughout.
Combing elements of aerobics, sports acrobatics, rhythmic gymnastics along with music, dance and choreography.
